Corporate Accounts are a convenient and efficient way to handle all of your transportation needs.  Your company or organization will have the convenience of requesting taxicab service and be billed monthly for the usage. Your calls will have the highest priority in our incoming call queue and automated dispatch system. You can request a taxicab quickly and conveniently online using our WebBooker application for immediate and prescheduled pickups. You can also check the status, modify or cancel the request online.

Customers may choose between using paper vouchers or a paperless option.  You will receive a detailed monthly statement in paper or electronic format that list the details of all trips including date, passenger, employee ID, pickup address, destination and client code information.  Customers using paper vouchers will also receive the original copy of the paper voucher along with the monthly detailed statement.

To request a Corporate Charge Account, just download and complete the Corporate Charge Account Application below. Sign and fax the completed application if you agree to the stated Credit Terms. The application will be reviewed and actioned within two business days.  Once the account is approved we will mail you an initial supply of vouchers along with user instructions.
