Order A Cab

You can request a taxicab online by clicking on the Accounts or Non-Accounts icons below for immediate and pre-scheduled trips for all destinations. When your trip is booked successfully into the automated dispatch system you will receive a Reference ID.  The Reference ID is your confirmation number.  There is no need to call us to confirm. 

If there is an available taxicab in your pickup area at the designated pickup time, your request will be automatically dispatched to the cab.  The driver will call you when the trip is accepted.  To change or cancel your cab request, please e-mail us at  order@dcyellowcab.com. Do not submit taxicab requests through email.  Include the Reference ID in all communication with us. All pre-scheduled Airport and Union Station trips are sent to our taxicabs one-hour prior to the scheduled pickup time to ensure timely pickup. 

Please note that all cab requests are subject to cab availability at the scheduled pickup time

Yellow Cab Co. can drop off passengers anywhere in the US. We can also pickup passengers from Montgomery, Alexandria, Arlington and Fairfax counties on a pre-arranged basis if the destination is the District of Columbia.
